Hi All,
We have a sharepoint integration with CRM box on the customer form. We add the folder by clicling on Add button on that window and then we select the file and upload it. Upload goes well. We can see the file residing in sharepoint by Clicking "Open Sharepoint" button.
But the grid shows the "Loading records" symbol on and on. After refreshing it shows the file. But ideally it should get refreshed automatically and we should see the file in that grid too asap.
But this is not happening in our case. CAn anyone let me know what is wrong with it? Am I missing something here?
