How to set default to Write in product and open the form opportunity product

Hi,

I want to do below changes or setup in CRM 2016 SP1 on premises.  Kindly help me to resolve this.

When click on + sign, in opportunity main form system should open the opportunity product window.   Now when I select Write in product system will open the opportunity product window.
