Attached document from notes to Sharepoint Document Management

Hi!

I'd like to ask if there is a way for the attached notes to go straight to the SharePoint Document Management integrated within my CRM organization?

So for example, I upload a document to the notes section of my case record the attachment should head straight to the record's SharePoint folder? Also, everytime I open the document section in my case record, this pops up:

Is there a way for this to not pop up whenever I open a the document management in a record?
