Unable to publish new entity from CRM to CSS Portal

Hello, 

I wan to achieve new tabs in CSS Portal - Invoice and Order 

1. Created Web Page 

2. Created Entity form 

3. Created Entity list 

Can see list of all web pages and added web pages under Orders tab in Portal. 

Still on clicking Order tab, nothing comes up. 

Anyone please explain me end to end process to publish new page in portal.
