Is it possible to attach the documents uploaded to the Documents(Sharepoint) in an Email as attachments?

Here's the scenario: 

1. Open a record.
2. Upload a file in the Documents(Sharepoint) section of the form.
3. Send an Email from that record and get the uploaded documents and add it as email attachments.

Is this even possible? Any ideas?
