How to set custom workflow activity for cloning a child enity in CRM 2015

Hi all,

I have to do custom workflow activity for clone a child record.Can this be done via a Workflow or Plugin?

And it should be triggered manually by a user from the entity (e.g. on demand workflow).

Please suggest!!
