When converting a lead to a contact in Dynamics 365, certain information from the Lead is automatically transferred into the new Contact. However, the notes captured within the Lead doesn't appear to be one of the data elements that is copied over. Is this normal OOB behavior, and if so, are others having to customize the system in order to copy the notes over, or how are you overcoming this challenge?
