We have one form on our website of contact us.
We are finding a way to track this contact us form of our website into our Power Platform or CRM
We need to know what mechanism or process is best suited to implement/integrate/track it.
For the reply of contact us:
4.1. When we do some email fromCRM it must be shown to outlook but when we do some email fromoutlook it must not be shown in CRM.
4.2. Whatever attachment is attached while performing emails from CRM, it must be deleted from CRM & remains in outlook with the access link or what is the best practice to save the space of our CRM tenant.
