Filtered lookup not working on Unified interface Editable Grid

Hi There,

 
I am facing an issue in D365 Unified interface. We noticed the filtered lookup is not working on the Unified interface Editable Grid. Columns for the filtering are present in the view.

it shows literally all records although in the web interface is working properly. like for example im filtering Contacts based on the company.

Have you encountered something like that pls? if yes how did you overcome/resolve the issue. Your assistance is very much appreciated.
