Dynamics &SharePoint integration issue

Dear all,

After integrating SharePoint to our Dynamics, only I (system customizer not an administrator) can access view SharePoint docs from Dynamics.

My teams can't access SharePoint from Dynamics, please see the screenshot below:

I have granted a security role in their Dynamics, and they have access permission to our SharePoint. 

Error code: 0x800608b4

Can some please help me with how come I can access it but not my team? How could I fix it?
