Tools Need to be learned along with Microsoft Dynamics CRM?

Hello All,

          I had been learning MSCRM for more than 2+ Year,now a day  there are lots of tool/technology  which can be integrated with MSCRM also few of them are acquired by Microsoft e.g ADX studio.Can anyone please list down the list of tools/technology (apart from core .Net) that should be learned along with MSCRM.
