Permission Issues on CRM 2016

I upgraded to CRM 2016 from CRM 4 on dev environment  and facing issues with user permissions. Permissions work fine till CRM 2015 but on CRM 2016 only the System Administrators are able to access the system and all other users are not able to access CRM and face permission issues. 

Thanks in advance. Any help is highly appreciated.
