Email sent from CRM with HTML content does not trigger

Hi,

I'm able to send a email with the HTML content to user mail id's but when the user click on the Submit button the button wont trigger. When i check in the inspect element it is shown that the Script not allowed since i have written a java script to trigger the button. Any way to make java script work in all the browsers?
