Need to open incident record in CRM through SSRS report's data

I am using MS CRM 2016 online version. The instance is having few SSRS reports which I have deployed in SSRS. These reports DataSource is Staging DB. This report's data contains incident records. I want to add link to the record so that on click of it, we should be able to open corresponding incident record in CRM.

How to get the links?Where to specify org url as this report is not going be uploaded in CRM unlike in Onprem, org url is auto-populated once uploaded in CRM)
