Know How to Install Field Service in the Dynamics CRM 2016 Online Update 1

Steps to Install Field Service in CRM:

1. Login to the office portal at https://portal.office.com
2. After loggin in, Navigate on the below mentioned sections sequentially, as shown in the snapshot.
3. By clicking on the Admin tab, it will take you to the Admin portal of the office. In the Admin portal, navigate in the following mentioned way.
4. This will take you to the CRM Online Administrator Center.
5. Under that page Check out for solutions in the CRM instance.
6. Once you have clicked on the solutions, it will show you all the solutions which could be used within the CRM. Just select “Trial for field service” and then click “Install”.
7. Click on the install button as shown in the figure.
8. It takes some time and after installation is complete you will get INSTALLED state for the solution “Trial for field service” as shown below.

Now go and login in to your CRM instance.

1. Just Click on the navigation tab in the CRM and you will find a new module added in to your CRM named as “Field Service” as shown in the snapshot below.
