We recently moved our CRM virtual machine to another machine and now we are getting this error when trying to add the CRM on any client.
Here is the error as shown in the log file:
10:34:53| Error| Exception : Not found at System.Management.ManagementException.ThrowWithExtendedInfo(ManagementStatus errorCode)
at System.Management.ManagementObject.InvokeMethod(String methodName, ManagementBaseObject inParameters, InvokeMethodOptions options)

at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.ClientConfig.Initialize(String[] args, Boolean runInsideOutlook)
at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.ClientConfig.Start(String[] args, Boolean runInsideOutlook)
Now it is giving this error:
12:22:45| Info| Error connecting to URL: {0} Exception: {1}| http://*-crm/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc, System.ServiceModel.FaultException: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.

Any suggestions? I already added port 80 on the CRM server to the firewall and have tried giving higher access privileges to an account.
