Greetings,
After an opportunity is Killed the Status changes to Lost and record becomes read only. At that point, as part of a process, I would like to modify a flag field of type Boolean and save and display or refresh the change immediately in real-time.
I tried to update the field in a workflow as an Update Record step and it didn't work.
What would be the best approach between processes and perhaps Javascript to achieve this?
Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated,
