WebAPI equivalent of ExecuteWorkflowRequest

Is there a WebAPI equivalent of Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.Proxy ExecuteWorkflowRequest?  I've gone over the Web API documentation several times but I can't find anything.  The closest I can find is how to call an Action through WebAPI
