Hi,
I am trying to use javascript web resource embedded inside a custom entity to do a few things. I need it to create a new queue item with the current record as the item attached to the queue item. I need it to then assign the queue item to a queue. is this possible using javascript? i know i can do this using workflows but i dont want to use workflows as i need more control than what they provide.
